Snif Return Policy?

Snif.co has a customer-friendly return policy. For fragrance products, returns are accepted on all 30 ml that are in their original seal and packaging, unused, and are in “good as new” condition. For candle products, returns are accepted on all 8.5 oz candles that are in their original condition, have their lid, and have not been burnt or had the wax adulterated. If a customer doesn't love the scent ordered during the trial period, a return can be submitted through the returns portal. Once the return is approved, a prepaid, printable return label is provided for shipping back the full-size fragrance or candle. After receiving the return, the payment for the scents kept is charged, the payment less the handling fee is voided if scents in the order are returned, or a gift card via email is issued if store credit is chosen.
